Bangkok – Siem Reap – Phanom Phen (Cambodia) Overland Tour 7 days 6 nights

Day 1 – Bangkok – Siem Reap (L/D)
Early morning, meet and welcome by our tour guide at the hotel, then transfer to Arunyaprathet border (Thailand side border), takes around 3 hours drive. When arrive the border, pass Thailand Immigration processing, then a short distance walking into "Free Zone" area passing some casino hotels to Poipet border (Cambodia side border). After passing Cambodia Immigration processing, you will get a new car/van to Siem Reap, 165 kilometres away from the border (takes around 2 hours and a halfdrive). Lunch is served at restaurant. At arrival, transfer to the hotel and leisure time. Late afternoon, Visit to Les Artisans d’ Angkor School to see the work of the trainees who learn the art of stone carving, wood ornamental sculpture, the making of small furniture, the art of lacquer and polychromy. Observe the various training methods and view completed projects, At night, enjoy dinner with Apsara Dance show.
Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 2 – Siem Reap (B/L/D)
In early morning, dedicated to visit the most famous & magnificent Angkor Wat temple and see sunrise over Angkor Wat, one good experience that shouldn’t be missed. This architectural masterpiece was constructed in the 12th century and covers an area of about 210 hectares. Wth many galleries with columns, libraries, pavillions, courtyards and ponds full of water, carved bas-reliefs about Ramayana Story and day-to-day life at the time of Angkor’s construction. Transfer back to hotel for breakfast and leisure time. After breakfast, drive to the remote exquisite the unique Pink sandstone temple of Banteay Srei known as the Jewel of Khmer Art with its perfec delicate decorations. Surprisingly with its patient perfect carved, this temple said to be built by women in that period as have been proved with its name called Banteay Srei meaning “The Capital of Women”. Lunch is served at restaurant. Afternoon, visit to Ta Phrom Temple, where was built in the Bayon style largely in the late 12th and early 13th centuries. It has been left in much the same condition in which it was found: the photogenic and atmospheric combination of trees growing out of the ruins and the jungle surroundings have made it one of Angkor’s most popular temples with visitors.UNESCO inscribed Ta Prohm on the World Heritage List in 1992. It was ever used as a location in the film Tomb Raider, leading actress by Angelina Jolie. Then continue drive to Angkor Thom, the old town of King Jayavaman VII, the famous and powerful king in the late of 12th centuray. The town of Kmer including South Gate of Angkor Thom, Bayon Temple Complex, Terraces of Elephants, Terrace of Leper King, Former Royal Palace. Dinner at restaurant. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 3 – Siem Reap (B/L)
After breakfast, visit Koh Ker, the temple complex where was built in Khmer Empire from 928 – 944 A.D., located 100 km norteast of Angkor. The monuments of Kok Ker are now on a road loop around the baray past the most important temples. The premier ruin of the complex is Prasat Thom, an imposing 7-tiered pyramid and temple complex. Then back to the city for lunch at early afternoon. Late afternoon, visit to Preah Khan temple, where was built on the site of Jayavarman VII’s victory over the invading Chams in 1191. Unusually the modern name, meaning "holy sword". Full of carvings, passages and photo opportunities, then you will visit to Neak Pean temple, a small island temple bordered by four small lakes. The ancients believed that going into these lakes would balance the elements in the bather, thus curing disease. In the middle of the four healing ponds is the central water source. There is a statue of Balaha (Bodhisattva Guanyin transformed into a horse), as a symbol of drowning prevention. Dinner at restaurant. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 4 – Siem Reap – Phanom Phen (B/L/D)
After breakfast, transfer to Phanom Phen by a private car

Day 5 – Phanom Phen – Bangkok (B/L)
After breakfast, visit Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum – it used by the Khmer Rouge as a detention and torture center in the late 1970. Today the building houses exhibits, paintings and photographs of many of the victims. Visitors can see the crude cells built in the classrooms and the torture devices used to extract confessions in Stalinesque purges of the regime, then visit to Royal Palace – contains various buildings of interest, including the Khmer-style Throne Hall, now used for special ceremonial occasions. South of the Throne Hall are the Royal Treasury and the villa of Napoleon III, built in Egypt in 1866, for the opening of the Zuez Canal, and was later presented to the Cambodian King as a guift. Silver Pagoda, the famous pagoda which had the floor inlaid with 5,329 solid silver tiles. Then visit the National Museum of Art, designed in Khmer-style in 1920, by a French architect and contains important artifacts and sculptures from the Angkor era and earlier. Lunch at restaurant. Transfer to the airport for Air Asia flight to Bangkok. When arrival at Bangkok airport, meet tour guide and transfer to hotel. Overnight in Bangkok.

Day 6 – Bangkok (B/L/D)
Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Damneon Saduak Floating Market. When arrive the floating market, board paddle boats and cruise through the many small canals in Damnernsaduak floating market. Here you will be fascinated by boats of various shapes and sizes used by local merchants to ferry their goods. Lunch at restaurant. Afternoon, drive bank to Bangkok, visit the Grand Palace and the Emerald Buddha temple, Touring the Grand Palace and the Emerald Buddha Temple. This is a “must” for every visitor to Bangkok, for the Grand Palace Complex, which includes the Temple of The Emerald Buddha (Wat Phra Keow) is unquestionably one of the wonders of the world today. Evening, enjoy international buffet dinner at the Sky restaurant on 75th floor of Baiyoke Sky Hotel and experience a beautiful Bangkok city view at Observation Deck on 77th floor and the Sky Walk Revolving Roof Deck on 84th floor. Transfer back to the hotel. Overnight in Bangkok.

Day 7 – Bangkok – departure (B/L)
After breakfast, leisure time. Transfer to the airport for flight home / next destination..

- To visit to Angkor Wat, please dress properly and covering shoulder, short and miniskirt are not allowed to go up on the top of the pavilion.
